Question about animals.

When you kill a pig you can get leather, ham and guts.
When you kill a cow you get beef and guts but no leather.
When you kill a deer you get guts, venison and no leather.
Shouldn't you also get leather from deer and cattle?

It's a supply and demand issue, if you were to make leather available from everything, then the price would drop even further, and tailors would go hungry.

I'm not sure. It's not like deer and cattle are any more plentiful than swine. Takes the same amount of time to harvest from them. And do tailors usually do the killing? I only do it because there are fewer people selling leather than there used to be. Either way I thought it odd that only pigs give leather.
