where fighting in the mummies cave.. all of a sudden all mosnters disappeared.

Although I'm not entirely sure about that one off hand, you could also check and use the link below as a reference in the future.
You will have to register (which is free), but afterwards, it will list known bugs and allow users to post bugs he/she may encounter.

No bug, someone nuked the server, so the monster just disappear, but they will be back after a few minutes.
