Book selling?

Post by Arvemor »

Someone recently asked in the rpg forum for writers to send manuscripts etc. What is the process the writing goes through? Can I sell the manuscript to more than one person?

What you are basically expected to do is to write a text document, use the online tool to produce a book, and then send it to a dev. The dev will examine the book, and if its good, he'll put it in game.

The whole 'money for books' thing is just a way for Alexander to promote people writing more books, by giving them IG money - which, if you think about it, makes sense from a roleplay point of view.

New question about books...Is it possible to pick them up? I've tried many times. And if not, it's probably because people might steal them right? So couldn't it be done (I don't know, genuinly asking) that books can be moved and taken anywhere in the room. I just feel weird, standing next to the bookshelf. I want to be able to sit in a chair!

Warning: There are a few books that you can, indeed, open up. You should always make sure the books are ON THE GROUND when you open them or else you WILL be kicked from the server.

Unless they fixed that nifty little bug!
