Outlaw Char How to train

Hi guys im going to creat a sort of out law charactor. But to do that he`s going to need to build up his stats. But if i have no-one to train with how am I going to build stat because if i attack random people they will have a high chance of killing me then how will i ever get good? any suggestions?

Monsters? You mean like the pigs because they are IN the town. Obviosly

Monsters, such as mummies, skeletons, gnolls (beware of vikings!), ogres, trolls, liches (beware of... liches!), wolves, goblins, bandits, dragons, floating skulls, ... ...

For a beginner, check out the old cherga temple, north of Troll's Bane. You cannot miss it if you keep the forest to your left and march along the mountains to the north.
