Time converter

Is the time converter (off the link on the homepage) broken? I've put my correct timezone (GMT -6) on my account, and whenever I go to the timeconverter, it has the wrong time... Off by a good many hours. Is this broken, or am I doing something wrong?

Every time that I try using the timeconverter, yes, but not 24/7 :P
