Where could one find carpenty tools?

i've got an axe to cut the trees, and and a saw to make the logs into boards, but where can i find the tools to make the boards into something useful?

If you play an elf, then you can go to Tol vanima and buy yourtools from the overpriced NPC, otherwise you have to ask some Char ingame, if he has the tools or can make you one.

you don't have to be an elf, there is a guy hiding off on the northwest coast of Tol Vanima that sells slicers for 70. That seems way too high, but you can usually get carving tools in trollsbane from another player alot cheaper.
