A new piece of parchment is written rather hurriedly upon then placed against the walls of Bane.
Upon being inside the Tavern in Bane, after Nalcaryos was told about the ban face to face with Second Lieutenant Ivinius he took his angry out against a innocent such as myself. First of which, he said the tavern was closed, insisting he held more rights on the land due to his honorary citizenship. After which, I demanded he provide a documentation that he held power over the land and buildings of Silverbrand. Apparently this was considered arrogant and he flamed his fist and delivered a slap to my face, which after looking in a mirror, I find it's rather burnt.
Upon rising from this blow, I asked what reason he had for assaulting me, upon which he said that I had 'dirtied his honor' or something of the likes by supporting Second Lieutenant Ivinius truthful claims. I may point out that if I 'dirtied' this Elf's honor, it was in the land of Bane, as that is where my parchment supporting Ivinius is to be found. Never did I say one word to this Elf in the land of Silverbrand before he put himself upon my person.
He continued to demand that I remove myself at which point I demanded that he provide evidence that he held power over my person. Not liking this, the Elf pulled out a rope and tied my person up. I struggled to free myself because in my eyes, and apparently the laws of the land, I did nothing to deserve this treatment. After that point, he assaulted my person again, knocking me unconscious whilst dragging my injured body across the floor. Upon waking up, I found the doors to be blocked by solid rock, and my face to be burning like the flames of a moronic Elf.
As I am aware that this may have been better sent to one of the town officials, I feel it is more fitting for those who agree with the town officials, and their own eyes, that they see what they will take away from a disagreement with this troublesome Bearer. Also, judging from these actions, and his actions of the past... would it be too much to ask for the Ban to be extended, I fear for those unable to rise against a blow from such a rouge user of the Arcane arts.
