This noteboard is dedicated solely for the matters concerning construction, architechture and land development in the Town and the areas surrounding Trollsbane. This noteboard may be used to showcase projects that are in development, planned or about to be finished by the Nobles or Trollsbane herself. Here the citizens may also publicly present their proposals for architectural or land development improvements. This noteboard also serves to assist the Lord Treasurer in the economic development of Trollsbane and neighboring boroughs, by allowing citizens to post their improvement suggestions and the nobles to request economic assistance for viable projects from the Archduchy. Nobles and citizens alike should take a moment to discuss their ideas and plans with Lord Treasurer (general ideas and economic development, particularly in regards to the boroughs) or Lord Steward (construction inside the town), in order to give him a preview and to allow him make a preliminary review of the plan.

The government looks forward to the development proposals of its citizens.

Procedure for requesting material or financial assistance for construction projects

A detailed plan of the improvements, both in written and drawn form shall be presented to the citizens and nobles for their public review.

The applicant shall then make an estimation of the resources needed, which shall be handed to Lorian MacGintish directly by the government. The government may also approve requests only partially. It is not the intention that the Archduchy shall pay for personal houses of the nobles, nor to pay for the constructions entirely. The nobles are expected to participate financially in the development of their own boroughs. Requesting financial assistance is not forced upon nobles, and they may choose to finance any projects that they see fit from their own purse without any public review whatsoever.

After the citizens and nobles have had a fair opportunity to review the situation, the Archduchess and Lord Treasurer shall reject, approve, or request alterations to the plans according to their personal views or the observations provided by the reviewers. The process of evaluation of the ideas should not be expected to be instant; everyone should rather appreciate the careful evaluation of any project where the communal resources are to be used in. The projects where the government assistance is used are not personal property of the noble, but rather property of the borough where the project is constructed.

The final decision is made by the Archduchess in cooperation with Lord Treasurer.

Dieses Anschlagbrett, ist ausschliesslich bestimmt, betreffs Ausbauten, Architektur und Landerschliessung,
in Trollsbane und in den umliegenden Ländereien.
Dieses Anschlagbrett kann benutzt werden, um den Fortschritt derzeitger, oben besagter, Projekte zu zeigen,
welche von Adligen oder von Trollsbane selbst durchgeführt werden. Hier können die Bürger auch eigene Ideen,
was Bebauung und Landerschliessung betrifft veröfentlichen. Das Brett dient auch dem Schatzmeister, für den
ökonomischen Fortgang von Trollsbane und benachbarter Gemeinden, durch Bürger, welche verbesserungs
Vorschläge machen und Adlige, welche anfragen, konjunkturell, eines der Projekte zu unterstützen.

Adlige wie auch Bürger sollten sich einen Moment der Muse gönnen, um ihre Pläne mit dem Schatzmeister
(generelle Ideen und ökonomische Bauvorhaben, besonders bezüglich der Gemeinden) abzusprechen, oder mit
Lord Steward (innerstädtische Bebauung), damit sie sich ein Bild machen können und eine Übersicht
über den Plan. Die Regierung erwartet mit Freuden, die Vorschläge ihrer Bevölkerung.

Die Prozedur für angeforderte Materialien oder finanzielle Unterstützung, für Bauprojekte und
ein detailierter Plan der Neuerungen, sollte Beides in geschriebener und gezeichneter
Form veröffentlicht werden, um es den Adligen und Bürgern zu zeigen.

Der Antragsteller sollte dann einen Überblick der benötigten Güter machen, welche er
benötigt und dies an Lorian MacGintish, direkt zur Reigierung geben. Die Regierung
akzeptiert auch, teilweise Antragstellung. Es ist nicht die Absicht der Erzherzögin
für pesönliche Häuser der Adligen zahlen zu müssen, oder die gesammte Konstruktion.
Von Adligen wird erwartet, dass sie was ihre Gemeinden und deren Bebaung, finanziell
mitwirken. Die finanzielle Unterstützung ist nicht zwanghaft für Adlige und sie
dürfen ein jedes Projekt, ungesehen von der Öffentlichkeit, aus eigener Tasche
unterstützen.

Nachdem Bürger und Adlige Geglegenheit hatten sich einen Überblick zu verschaffen, werden
die Erzerzögin und der Schatzmeister, den Plan wenn es nötig sein sollte, nach ihren
Vorstellung und zuzüglich eines Gutachters, noch verändern.

Das Prozedere der Auswertung und Einschätzung sollte nicht sofort erfolgen:
Ein Jeder sollte die Gelegenheit haben Projekte in denen komunelle Resurcen verwendet werden,
abzuschätzen und abzusegnen. Die Projekte bei denen die Unterstützung der Regierung greift,
sind nicht persönlicher Eigentum des Adels, aber Eigentum der Gemeinde, dort wo
das Projekt entsteht.

Die Abschliessende Entscheidung wird von der Erzherzögin, in Zusammenarbeit mit
dem Schatzmeister, getroffen

I am pleased to offer you a preview into the economic development of the Northbridge borough. When completed, it shall include the following buildings or developments:

-A Mill (available for residents)
-A Depot
-Lumberyard (available for residents)
-Sheep Fencing (open for all)
-Two Fields for Farming
-A shrine for Adron & Vineyard (open for all)
-Three private houses

Each of the houses shall include:
-A kettle for cooking
-Two armchairs
-A garden chair
-Table
-Oil lamp
-Bed
-Pot flower
-Private garden surrounded with hedges

An estimated three quarters of the resources for the project are already collected. Northbridge requires no financial or resource-assistance whatsoever from the Archduchy for the completion of the village.

Northbridge is now seeking people who are interested in either owning or renting a house with the basic comforts for themselves. Send your doves or contact me, Lord Edward Cromwell in person, if you are interested or want more information. it should be noted, that since I am here to develop the borough and not to make money with this project, the purchase-cost of the buildings shall be relatively low.

If all goes well, I estimate that the project is finished in the next two dwarven weeks.

Ich freue mich euch allen eine Vorausschau in der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung vom Northbridge Stadtteil zu zeigen. Nach Vollendung sollen jene Gebäude oder Projekte darin beinhaltet sein:

-Eine Mühle (zugänglich für Bewohner)
-Ein Depot
-Holzplatz (zugänglich für Bewohner)
-Schaf-Abzäunung (offen für alle)
-Zwei Felder um zu farmen
-Ein Schrein für Adron & Weinberg (offen für alle)
-Drei private Häuser

Jedem der Häuser soll beigefügt werden:
-Ein Kessel um zu Kochen
-Zwei Sessel
-Ein Gartenstuhl
-Tisch
-Öllampe
-Bett
-Blumentopf
-Privater Garten umgeben von einer Hecke

Dreiviertel der benötigten Ressourcen für dieses Projekt wurden bereits gesammelt. Northbridge benötigt für dessen Vollendung der Siedlung keine finanzielle oder materielle Unterstützung von dem Erzherzogtum.

Northbridge sucht nun allerdings interessierte Leute welche entweder ein Haus, ausgestattet mit dem einfachsten Komfort, für sich selbst besitzen oder mieten möchten. Sendet eure Tauben oder kontaktiert mich, Lord Edward Cromwell, höchstpersönlich wenn ihr interessiert seid oder weitere Informationen wünscht. Da ich hier bin um das Stadtviertel zu entwickeln und nicht um damit Geld zu machen, sollte angemerkt werden das der Einkaufspreis eines Gebäudes relativ niedrig gehalten wird.

Wenn alles gut geht, dann können wir die Vollendung dieses Projekts in den nächsten zwei Zwergenwochen erwarten.

TROLLS BANE TOWN CRIER

It was recently brought to my attention that there are more than a few citizens who do not gather information from the town boards for a variety of reasons. The solution that was suggested was to hire a town crier. By the grace of the gods I believe one was delivered to our town that everyone will pleased and happy with, and above all more informed on the happenings and events taking place within our fair city. Her name is Tikki and she is a tiny little halfling. But what she lacks in size she is blessed with in voice and personality. I expect her to be treated with courtesey and respect, for she will do the same for you.
She will offer her services as a crier to businessmen aside from the announcements by the government of Trolls Bane. She will also cry out warnings in times of need. And I'm sure she can be persuaded with small amount of coin to announce happy occaisions for individuals, such as weddings.

THE NORTH BRIDGE IS OPEN FOR TRAVEL !
Grandmaster Lennier, good to his word has made the needed repairs to make the bridge usable again. He has my appreciation and thanks.

Also the library is back in order and is now safe to venture in and make use of its peaceful setting and wealth of information.
