I MUST COMMEND Blake For his valiant singlehanded attempt eo put ot the fire at the seahorse. His fast thinking and quick response is likely the reason the fire dot spread to other structures.

In addition to the guards list and regiments I am making a section for the you on the guards boards. Those that are active within the town please give me your names and rank. Either send me a note by dove or place a posting here. I will make a section for both the Knights of Gobaith and the Crimson Knighthood. A man named Eric, with well groomed black hair, a tattered black coat/robes, and of middle size attacked the women Ariella, and attempted to kidnap her. He then slashed her throat, but luckily it was not deep enough to severe and Ogerawa saved her. This man should be considered extremely dangerous.

I would also like to report, that many people have reported more and more bandit activities. They are bold, and will enter town. Always be aware of whom is around, and make notes of any suspicious activities.
At this point, it can be assumed that the attacks are not random I believe, but deliberate acts of a conspiracy. Sssari, Fayne, Ariella, and Elrohir have been attacked, as well as an old language man who I did not catch the name of. I am sure there are others. Be careful.

Punishments are decided by the Magistrate, Not by the Lieutenant.
The lizard shall be fined a total of 35 silver (Return of 20 silver value from theft, along with 15 silver in additional fines.), And spend two dwarven days in prison. He is wanted ALIVE and not Dead.
A bounty of 1 silver and 50 coppers well be awarded upon his capture.

The orc Murgo was arrested yesterday for harassment of a guard and a cook. He did not try to resist arrest and went peacefully he is to br released tomorrow.

Page Braydor Wolfstar of the Knights of Gobaith has been hired into the Knights of Gobaith Regiment as a recruit.

Training Opportunity:
-The Knights of Gobaith have a scheduled training period after their weekly meeting ends every dwarven week, and they have openned this training opportunity to the Town Guard. The meetings last up to two dwarven hours and they are scheduled to take place((Wednesday, 4:00pm Est)) I hope all guards try to make it to these trainings.

The threats you write of where already taken care of by captain Eli.
The assualt against citizens was in defence as they where trying to play guard and chase me off for the matters mentioned previously with Eli.

As some of you may know, there is a crazed man on the loose in our fair city. He is a human of average size, slightly wild in his looks. He has attacked several halflings and elves. He screams of blasphemous creatures and chants "Murr Hurr" No one is quite sure what that means. I was asked to post this here by Duchess Joxia, so that everyone may be aware of this dangerous man. Be warned, he is quite fast and well armed.

I wish to welcome two new members of the guard, being Greaton Omnikon, and Drathe Blue. Drathe will be taken in as my lieutenant, atleast temporarily.

Also, for reports, I am going to be implementing a new system. When you report an incident, post the report on the board in Eliza's ((rpg board, will make a space to post)), and also send a copy of the report to myself. Also, to all town guards, I will leave a summary of the report on our foremost parchment, which I expect you to take a look at frequently.

Also, to town guards, I wish to get a regular report of your activities, and also your hours that you will be available to work each day.

ARREST REPORT

Brooz Fungtwerp was arrested yesterday. He had the chance to explain himself about the accusations about threatening Kitsa Shillish and also about his behaviour which was very hostile and strange to many people with daggers drawn and so on. He had no explanation though and it ended up as an easy arrest with me, Captain Altrix and Valgor Cralner escorting him to the prison.

Consideriing your charges you may not have been there long enough yet.
ALso you are not a citizen of Trolls Bane. This usually means a longer sentence.
n elf named Finthril is currently in jail. He will be detained until his trial begins.

He is a male elf, around his late teenage.

His charges are as following:

Assault
Concealed clothing
Defamation
Provocation
Resisting arrest
Threat and duress
Attempted murder
