Upon approaching the small bulletin board, one can make out a note pinned neatly against the center of it. The handwriting seems to be written by a steady hand and the words given thought.

As many of you may know, in the past the Town Guard has had problems with it's citizens invading the Jail to post crimes and other events that the Town Guard needed to make witness of. Hopefully, with this board that surrounds this note, the Town Guard will save a bundle after eliminating the need of replacing picked locks.
Please post all crimes or criminal's actions on this bulletin board arranged for you so that we are able to do our duties.
Because of the size of our Town and the need for jurisdiction, please use discretion at what type of Crimes you pin here. All discussion orientated messages and "defense" parchments will be ripped off. If a Criminal feels wrongly about a crime he supposedly committed that was posted here, this is not the place to question it's validity.
