Rackere comes to the board, watched by several people wanting him to do this. He pins up a message and sends some doves to some people he knows living outside, in hope they will hand out it to others.

Dear citizens of our island,

Due to problems in the last vote, I start it anew. To make sure there won't be problems, here are the rules:

Every person living on our island is allowed to vote. It doesn't matter where he lives or if he's allowed to enter town. If you can't enter town, you can send a dove.
Every person can vote for two names.
Every person has to put his sign under his vote just to make sure nobody votes more than allowed.
If you don't want your vote to be seen by others, you can send me a dove. ((Please post it here and write that you sent a dove.))
To be sure, the votes are counted and checked twice.
All votes value the same.

Rackere kommt zur Shopwand, von mehreren Leuten, die dies wollten, beobachtet. Er hängt eine Nachricht auf und sendet einige Tauben an einige leute, von denen er weiß, dass sie außerhalb der Stadt leben und hofft, dass diese die Nachricht an andere weiterreichen.

Werte Bürgen unserer Insel,

wegen Problemen in der letzten Abstimmung wird diese neu gestartet. Um sicherzugehen, dass es nicht wieder Probleme geben wird, gibt es einige Regeln:

Jeder, der auf der Insel lebt, darf wählen, egal, ob er die Stadt betreten darf oder nicht. Wenn ihr die Stadt nicht betreten könnt, könnt ihr eine Taube schicken.
Jeder darf zwei namen wählen.
Jeder muss seinen Namen unter seine Stimmen platzieren, um sicherzugehen, dass niemand mehr Stimmen als erlaubt abgibt.
Wenn ihr nicht wollt, dass eure Stimme von anderen gesehen wird, könnt ihr mir eine Taube schicken. ((Bitte schreibt die Stimmen hier hinein und dass es sich um eine Taube an mich handelt.))
Die Stimmen werden zur Sicherheit zweimal gezählt und überprüft.
Alle Stimmen haben die selbe Wertung.
Dieses Mal werde ich konsequent sein. Ihr könnt bis zum nächsten Mittwochstag wählen. ((Mittwoch, 29.09.04))

See? this is what happens if you have everyone giving their nonsense opinions.
You get a bucket of nonsense proposals which almost all sound bad or have weak meanings like "hope".
Therefore, if I had to pick a name now, it had to be Krigarens Ö or Ödets Ö, for I feel those would at least represent a strong spirit.
Nevertheless, I don't want to find myself forced to actually say them out loud.
