ERROR!: WSAECONNREFUSED

Okay, I'm running Windows XP Home, and my account has been activated. But now I have a problem, when I try to log in, I get an error message saying: WSAECONNREFUSED, then when I close that box I get the error message saying "Can't establish connection - Maybe the server is not online or you have no internet connection." I looked on the FAQ, but there is nothing there mentioning my problem.. What do I need to do?

servers down, don't start uneeded threads, look through old ones for topic.

I switched off my outbound program control, and the error message changed, a little. Now, the first error message says WSAETIMEDOUT ....

Since this topic was toward the top, am going to use this one (as to not start a new main thread)

Um.. what's wrong with the servers? Is there anything any of us can do? (test connection, ping ports, telnet in, send commands, etc?) Obviously, it would have to be under controlled circumstances and under supervision, but I'm sure anything we outsiders can do to help things, we'd love to do it?

I'm sure there is nothing outsiders could do that the staff couldn't do themselves. We don't have anything they do not have, it's the other way round

A little change had got a big result *g*

It seems that the Database is damaged. We have to make play back the
backup. But our Server man is working very much like the money.

Now our mission is to wait!
