Hikksarr Zurokiskks account question

I have been rejected for the second time of entering this game. Know I know the gamemaster are all very busy,but if one could telll me whyI didn't get in I would really appreciate it. I'm sure I follow all the rules for character creation. I named my lizardman Hikksarr Zuorkiskks. I made sure it had a last name. I sent in a 2 paragraph story which stayed with the theme. The story I sent was very good considering im 13 and in the 7th grade. So could one GM tell me why I wasn't accepted?

This game is recommended for those 16 years of age and older, in the email they say they are busy and cannot tell you exactly why it was not accepted.

Well im not offened by anything anyone might say so that clears up that lol. And I know it says that,but Im just asking any GMs who have nothing to do or have some free time on their hands thats all

To make it short, it does in no way meet the requirements.
One question:
Did you even took the time to read the beginning we send you?
