Log in lameness

Whoever tells me what i'm doing wrong while attempting to log in gets nothing.

Except my gratitude. I've already changed my password and could have sworn that my account name has been the same since I created it. So what's up with that?

Can you describe your problem? What error messages do you get? Does the client crash? Can you log in to your account on the homepage?

There is no error other than 'Your username or password is wrong' and i've had the same username since forever. Changing my password didn't seem to help.

Keep in mind you have to enter the account name together with the account password, also when starting the client.

-.- Elaborate. I put in both and it still woudn't allow me to log in. Is there any way that I could verify my account name with you?

I've been playing for over ten years. I know how to log in. what I don't understand is why it keeps telling me that either my username or password is incorrect.

I had this problem a while back. I ended up clearing all the cookies from my computer and then I was able to log in.

Also make sure you aren't allowing your computer to put name and password. I had a problem once and there was a space added at the front of the password which was automatically placed by my computer for some reason..it didn't show for me. In other words make sure the cursor is all the way to the left and maybe even backspace to double check.
