Some problems with the downloader

I have some problems with the downloader. I have the latest Openjdk java 7 runtime from the ubuntu software center, but the downloader somehow does not recogizes this. If I click the install now button it takes me to the java homepage.
I did not played the game some time now, but back then everything went smooth. Any clues what might help?

I believe you need the Oracle version of Java and not the OpenJDK.
Try installing the Oracle package and running it again, that should work!
