dissapearing Items

Post by Phib »

My character was showing another character a piece of Lon Angor armor today. It was in relatively good shape, but in a matter of no less than 5 to 10 seconds it had disappeared. I understand the rot system but this seems to be a bit quick. Anyone ever have this happen before?

By the way, don't put items on raw leather. when they dry, the items usually dissapear. I'd assume the same thing happens with grey cloth turning to white.

I think that leather/cloth dries at the end of a certain number of rot cycles. I'd assume that the item disappearing on top of the leather/cloth is only because of the rot cycle ending, not because of the leather/cloth directly rotting the item.
