22nd druid rune

It deleted my char's alchemy skill altogether, though she still has all her runes. I tried pging it a bit more and alchemy appeared on the list again, in low level blue and got deleted again with rune 22. So I'm now wondering if this thing is bugged, a cruel joke or if I just fail to understand its function.

If I know right, that rune is meant to give a random skill of alchemy to whoever gets targeted by it. I guess you just had bad luck two times in a row
Well, these runes will be deleted anyway after the VBU.

No matter how often I try, it always resets it to 0 without exceptions. Since this rune is not only
but also bugged for me, could someone give me back the skill I had before trying it please? I don't know the exact value, but it was just enough to unlock this cursed thing.
