I lost access to my account.

Hello, i played this game 2-3 years ago. I made a brake and now i want to return. I had an account named 'talcitas' but i forgot the password. When i use the "lost password" interface, i type in my email and i got this error message "It was impossible to find a fitting account." Please help me.
