I saw a new plant growing in town, using the same form as the footleaf. I picked it up, and saw it wasn't a footleaf. I had it in my inventory, and went to sell some footleaves I did have, and it sold just like one. I'm guessing this was not intended?

I guess that was the meadow rhabarb, i saw it growing somewhere as well.

so it's supposed to sell as a foot leaf?? i think that was the bug he meant...

Yes, the new plants can be sold by mistake if one tries to sell the "original" to the halfling merchant. Which can be rather annoying if one has managed to sell a rare leaf of a a great quality.
