Hello, I recently requested for this account, but I recieved no confirmation e-mail, and I thought I was supposed to recieve one. Is there a problem? Name: Drard Froggrub Race: Male Hobbit. Thanks alot!

What kind of email do you expect?

There is no "Character successfuly created" - email.

As soon as Arien finds the time he will look up your request, check your name and if the name passes the test he will send your an email with further instructions.

Ah, I see. I heard you were supposed to recieve an automatic e-mail stating that your request was made, but I guess thats wrong! Thank you.

No the current Account System is by far not even half automatic.
Soon it might change, but now the whole burden of handeling this stuff is on a humans shoulder.

Patience is the key to start playing here.

Just do the stuff, and await patiently. Patiently correctly defined: 1 and a half weeks approximately, sometimes even two. After that(I think) try again

I applied with the client first, and then the homepage account request. In the past when trying to get another character it wouldn't work. It doesn't seem to send it whenever I create it even when I use the proper steps. Any help? Thanks!

Yes, I did it all correctly. I have played illarion in the past, but I seem to be running into trouble when trying to create a character or account.

If I check it up and answer everybody who asks the same, you will never get ingame 'cause in that case I haven't the time for working at the account requests.

Just lean back and be patient.
