Darlok
This is what I imagine Darlok would look like:

It's Manshoon from Forgotten Realms, and it would make a really neat avatar for Darlok, if he's interested.

Val: It's a decorative helmet, perfect for the helmeted Darlok.
Grant: He's human.
Darlok: I think it's supposed to be dwarven or ladies' hair, cut and woven into a robe.
I just got this image in my head when I thought of Darlok. Manshoon is rich, powerful, evil, and always wearing a helmet. Sound familiar?
Edited to add: Darlok's inspired me. I'm making a villain character. Not a strong and powerful one like him, though. I'm making a weasely villain who works around the law for profit and gain. Lots of brain, no brawn.

Only partial, Darlok never wears a helmet, only a chain coif if he needs head protection. He thinks a helmet it would disturb his vision.Manshoon is rich, powerful, evil, and always wearing a helmet. Sound familiar?
And a man in his position should be able to look over his own shoulders.
Nothingless, I like the picture somehow.

Ah, sorry. A misleading stereotype has formed that Darlok wears a helmet. I think from the Movement-parody cartoons from the RPG board.
In any case, I'm inspired. I've been thinking all day of all the vile things I can do with the character I'm making.
Here is another artist's rendition of Manshoon:

I would imagine him like this:

There is some sort of Northerot in the background too.

I could even picture Darlok looking like the guy in the middle of this poster

ps. I have that poster on my wall too

Here you can see Darlok after a battle against the Movement, you will notice that he does not wear a helmet.
By the way, my Board Avatar does also not wear a helmet. It might be hard to see as I had to shrink the picture down a bit.

@Darlok:
*looking at the picture* You're kidding me?!! Darlok can't be that young and handsome! (no intention to sound feminine )
I imagined him way older and at least three times bigger, more muscular.
Would you please show a larger copy of your board avatar?
It kind of looks like one of the Diablo 1 characters in full armor, doesn't it?
From a certain angle.

Darlok is arround 30 when I take the age used when I created him and the Illarion time passed.
Darlok is no "Action Hero", like Arnold Schwarzenegger or something like this.
He is infact build as a normal, averange man.
I never put much affort in my BoardAvatar, since it is a Ripoff from the BattleNet, its the Avatar of a Moderator there.
When I needed a Avatar for him, i looked for a "Man in Armor without Helmet". This was what came arround first and satisfied my taste.
But if you want to see a picture with a more evil, necromancer-like Darlok, click here.
I bet you like it more that the common "Hulk in Plates"-Image.
And Val, I wear my hair different today.

Lets put up some rules:
- The Avatar has to display Darlok (of course) as a male human.
- The Avatar has to be useable for the Illarion Board in style and proportions (80x80 pixle, 8kb)
- Only one contribution please.
- The Avatar should carry some sort of metal armor, raging from plated leather up to full plate armors. Please keep in mind that Darlok does not like to wear helmets.
