Who is in power?

I would like to know, Who runs each town.
It seems to be a fluid thing, elections, promotions and such.
If I want to set something up, IG with the town, I should be able to know. Even the lowest peasant is aware of who runs his town.
Is it a Queen, governor, or ... I dont know, or who they are.
Maybe this is known in an OOC way to all that play this game everyday, but to someone that just jumps in, it is not.

So say your character wants to contact someone governing Cadomyr, you would want to contact either Ssar'ney (the leader of the house of the sea serpent) or Annabeth (the leader of the house of the desert fox, whom is played by myself) as they are the nobles in the town. You can quickly find out who is who though if you have a look at each towns respective forums.

Ah, thought it was rektor. Also, a professor quit? A few months ago a character of mine was told IG that it was Djironymma as the dean + 3 professors ^^

Its kept as current as possible.
