what enchantment effects do you want?

I've been meaning to come up with a cool enchanting proposal and I was hoping i could get input from other players as to what boosts or special effects they would like to see in an enchanting system. Keep in mind this is more of a discussion than the actual proposal I just wanted to get you guys involved too.

We need effects for everything so be creative, tools, trinkets, rings, weapons, armors, robes etc etc

We can move this to proposal once a definite idea has been discussed.. my question however is do we actually want enchantment as separate from magic or combine magic with enchantment allowing mages to do both or possibly master crafters to do? Seems like a lot of the effects may have to be up to who is doing them?
