Ich finde das Design nicht schlecht, aber wenn man auf die Online-Liste schaut und es ist jemand on mit einer Geschichte oder Beschreibung, sieht man den Namen ziemlich schlecht.

Though i assume that you're aware of that already, i think the profile rating needs some more refinement - doesen't look that pretty with the black box around the r(at)ings.

Obwohl ich glaube, dass ihr das schon wisst, könnte die Profilbewertung noch etwas Verfeinerung vetragen - schaut etwas unschön aus mit der schwarzen Box um die Ringe.

Oh, ontopic, yeah, the webpage design is awesome. :3 No surprise though.

My only complaint is on the quest portion of the online list. The green color isn't showing very well against the background.

I also think that the white links on the parchment on the online list look a bit dodgy. Maybe a bit of a darker colour?

Wie kann man etwas in die Chronik eintragen lassen?

Ach ei9n großes Danke an die, die das zusammen getragen haben.

The onlinelist got fixed.

Die Chronik wird im Augenblick von einigen Spielern geführt. PO Dariya, PO Xandrina und PO Amras Seregon. Wenn man etwas in die Chronik eintragen lassen will, sollte man sich an eine der besagten Personen wenden welche dann Entscheiden ob der Eintrag die inhaltliche Relevanz hat um für die Chronik geeignet zu sein.

Great work, guys! The homepage looks very nice!


Three comments here (most important points at top), since I am too lazy to write a PM:


1. The font type for the main text is hard to read.
After a long day of work and tired eyes, the text is not easy to read. In particular with the pergament background.
I love the font style in the navigating bars left and right.
But it is definately not a font type easy to read for long texts, imho.


2. The Background of the whole homepage is too dark, imho.
1/3 is greenish, then it fades into black.
2/3 is black.
I love the green background and it suits the game very, very well.
It's a pitty that we cannot see more of it!
Apart from that I think all the black is rather depressive.


3. The top line seems to be still under construction in my eyes.
I absoultely see no reason why to have the map of Gobaith in the bubble. I ask myself... why?? There could be anything in it and it woudl fit well, as long as the colours are nice.
The way it is now, a newbie hardly will recognise the world map in it anyway.

The two boxes: "Create Account" and "Start game" do look a bit strange where they are right now.
Why do they "hang" there?
Why are they not in the top bar itself?
Why is so much empty space over it?

These are questions I am asking myself when having a look at the top bar.
It's about design and personal feelings.
But I think there is still potential to make it better.

EDIT: Oh, one more thing:
I absolutely love the new Illarion logo! Great work!

The first thing that came into my mind after I read your post was: WTF?!?!

Considering that you are talking about the normal text of the page, this is absolutly related to the fonts you have installed.
The page uses the following fonts (if the first is not avaiable it uses the second...)

1. Constantia
2. DejaVu Serif Condensed
3. Georgia
4. Book Antiqua
5. serif

Depending on what fonts are avaiable on your system you see the text in this font. For my part I get the page shown with the Constantia font and I'm able to read the text absolutly clearly.

There is no green at the background picture. Eigther your monitor is very false setted or you have a impressive old picture in the cache of your browser.

Not even slightly. If there is one part of the page considered as "done" then it is the top line.

They bind perfectly in the head line "splitting" up the lower line of the head into two lines and showing the picture in the middle. In case you see them at the place where they should be it looks impressive. But I'm not sure about this since your browser seems to behave strange in case you see a green background.

Thats the "sizing" area. In case you are using a smaller screen that part will be shifted together so the site still fits the screen well.

My suggestion for you:
Press CTRL+F5. That makes your browser reloading without using the internal cache.

I think by the green bit he means the background on the links bars.

if that bars blend for him to black then his monitor is even worser....
