I'm having trouble finding sense in this entire thing, RP wise.

They attack the town they help.
wtf? Sounds like someone has just tried finding a reason that "seems" sensible for RP.

Wow, that's elaborate.

Well, all I can contribute to that is that there are obviously consequences for killing in an RPG, be it man or monster. In fact, I remember I started playing this game exactly a real-time day after the first troll "attack". Was there a reason to it? I cannot answer that. But come to think of it, I do remember the uproar of outlaws and banned characters who had "defended" the town and put down the Guard for not being there.

Could give you some food for thought. ;)

Were there reasons to the "attacks" after that?
Maybe.

I'm not a GM, nor will I disclose everything my character knows.

It is. Isn't it?

You cannot really start the RP of hate, and then simply and completely change it to love. As what has happened. It's just not logical.

Not every troll is equal in mind. Like not every orc is equal in mind.

But nonetheless I wonder why no one wanted revenge. No one attacked a troll. That's funny indeed.

You don't know why those trolls helped the town. Maybe there is certain spell or dark magic involved (ever tried to find out?). So I don't see any point of discussing the GMs roleplay, more a point to discuss the player's reaction.

Kasume, you child! Learn to be evil at last!!!

It was a sly carefully constructed plan to put people to shame.
Trolls get sick and tired of us chopping their forests.

First, they attack, they show their power and try to make us listen by force. It fails. We're too strong , too fast, and too dumb.

Next, they try an ultimate tactic. They create an evil earthquake, so that your town is trapped, and you HAVE to listen to negotiations.

Then, they come out all goody goody and offer their hand of help.
We are still strong, still dumb, and now we are happy and free.
BUT - now you know their power. Now you know, that should another earthquake happen - you will have to call trolls to help.

So, you will stop messing with them.

I think Trolls did a brilliant job, damn it!

BRAVO!

Flame me.

Well, I know Sian had his good reasons to not attack the greenish dudes.
They can all be read in recent postings on the RP forum. ;)

And most of the brave and combat-hungry "stumpies" were trapped in Silverbrand during that piece of action, if I'm not mistaken...

Combat hungry? Nah.
Logical and untrusting? Very.
;)

But where is the bitterness? I mean, one step deeper into the friendlyness and we'd be having half-trolls swarming all over the place in no time.

They're not accepting free accounts at the moment so, nevermind. I'll probably get it when they start allowing them again.

Half troll, have lizard, imagine that.

A troll with a tail?

It would be the ultimate being, a large troll that is able to swim proficiently...

If I were on. There would have been violence from my character.

Towards Karmane, reread my character's rantings.
He's zeh neutral, as I recently found out and realized.
