and what about the dye? can i empty he bucket?

i have some herb lore... so where can i find hops to gather for myself?

1. can anyone tell me if i can empty the bucket of dye into a bottle or somethig?
2. how can i make beer and cider (i've heard that the beer is made from grain and hops but where do i get hops? and the cider must be made from apples right? )
