Play your philosopher Hadrian. If you start referring to the CTRL key in a literal fashion however, you might find your philosopher taking a very long trip to the old philosopher's home.

What we have here is an extreme case of double standards on the part of Samantha.

This topic has been resolved. Evil characters, because they are rarer, may be moderately pushed, skill and item wise. We encourage unique and interesting roleplay and will reward it. It's our right. End of discussion.

but really, are there *actual* rulers for places like greenbriar? are they inactive? Greenbriar is a collection of privately owned homes with little to no need for "rulers." Most people there are decidedly inactive, but until their characters up and sell their homes, or get them confiscat...

At least there are no simple ways of doing this using our GM Tool. Regardless..both are invisible to all other players, so there's no reason of ever worrying about them getting in the way of your enjoyment.
