Currently it does proportional to the fighting skill i guess....

at 30%... lose 1% you can get it back easily. At 70% losing 1% will be hard to get it back.... Same both losing 1%, but the effort to gain it back is already proportional to the char's skill....

if it's possible to perma kill.... most likely not many can develop the characters. if NPC can perma kill.... the game engine won't be necessary anymore since no one will go anywhere and we all won't have a long life. Dirty way: When the banned one tries to enter the town, they get teleported to a room then some guards spawned? Even if that's done with all the variables (LTE values maybe?). We will need someone to change the scripts whenever new guards came or old guards quits. Cause the script will need to recognize the PC guards.

As for a weak people starting a fight, well.... their fault for losing their temper and starts a fight. How does it promote clouding people? It would make some people (bad guys or short temper people) think twice before they go attacking other people whenever they want to wearing their best equipmen...

That just might work... :D As long as we can flag who ctrl+click first ^.^ Since the first person who ctrl+click... means most likely the attacker.

The problem that the victims doesn't have any fear... might relates to the attackers that doesn't have any fear as well since they have yellow skill. Since the attackers are so mighty, they never really bother for whatever the consequences that an attacker have to dealt with cause they are confident...

Those who got clouded, can't go back and fight for like 30 mins currently cause their attributes (dexterity, strength, etc.) lowered to the bottom and slowly goes back up.
