The general idea of trying to regulate ingame wars is good, yet some points i'd like to make: This idea supports pking. Remaking characters is just silly, so what if you start getting beaten? It's no fun being a tank anyway, i'd say just live with it and roleplay. . The intelligence bug is just a bug and will be fixed. Just have fun rping!

You are very confusing

Typing #i gives your name to the other person only if they are at most 2 squares vertical or horizontally or 1 square diagnolly away. However, once you press it, it wont change anything on your screen, only the other players.

You still do that to player characters...

Either way, if you roleplay long enough something will turn up.
