Long ago, in an age where the world was still young, halflings did not have female form. But over the course of many ages, the world bore a womanly variation of the halfling. And so it came to pass that those who wore the garbs of men donned dresses and giggled. The age of Dual Gendered Halflings wa...

Elegant handwriting adorns the beige parchment. Anyone who looks close enough might guess it to be written by an elf. Dark days. Troublesome times. The follower betrays the immortal leader. Perhaps it is an omen of things to come in the realm where mortal follows mortal. One could say that history ...

But well, why have that part of reality involved in illarion? Actually, that's an interesting question. The community, by default, has always remained ignorant to things they don't want to deal with. And likely, this is how it will remain. There was not birth control around keep in mind. This is go...

Interesting how the original message says that it is a guild for all over Gobaith, not for Troll's Bane.. I wonder what makes Stephen so cocksure that it will be on "his" lands.

I believe that "axe" is the keyword that triggers the teacher, after you do everything else that's needed. Its quite obvious at this point that all you need is any axe in your inventory (I've used a hatchet). But he doesn't give the item back, no.. according to him, you're supposed to find...

Players relate much more effectively to humans and elves, as they are the closest to themselves in habits, mannerisms, ideals, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. I think a huge reason why people do not play orcs often is because the new breed of players are uncertain of how to go about an orc. If I we...

"Why do you play Illarion?" I don't... because there's so little reason for me to anymore. I'm not addicted. Its graphically inferior. And there's a lot that I've been really disillusioned to that has really made me look at Illarion in a negative way. I just hang around the forums because ...

That is how many serious rp games operate, i see no reason illarion could not attempt to emulate that. Brian Because, unlike many RP games out there, Illarion has a relatively minute player-base. Doing things like that will result in many players leaving or being banned, thus reducing the populatio...

Because I thought something would actually get done at the trial. I was clearly wrong.

What system is better? Paying attention to what goes on is a pretty good system, instead of relying on subordinates for everything.

I won't bother to answer this question, either. Tell me this, why do we even use a trial system if nothing can be proven anyway? This is simply stupid.

No, I wouldn't. That isn't my point, though. My point is that these terms should not be used as though they are some crime against humanity (or some other not-so dramatic, yet equally point-driven example), when in reality the vast majority of players commit to the same act.
