If there is a real problem with gathering silk (when heartwood is simple to get from my observations) just increase chance to drop it from plants. That's all. Look at this. The idea is similar to concept of building new rooms for rent (like in Galmair) inside faction, but I would rent a land and build there own building, which would look like I want. I would pay a same price I think like for rented room.

By amazing miracle I got first settler. So my question to devs is -> Is it possible in game (before I do something in game) to buy own land on grounds of any place, pay a tribute for land and build own cottage for rent? (Without static tools or depot).

Mostly characters gather close to depots or they stay in workshops. If you can't find them there that means they are in mines, fields, forest, hunting etc gathering materials or skilling combat or they just want to be alone to rp in small group. This is bad idea. The towns difference to each other much. Some players can't play in some towns even when they tried. In Cadomyr you have strict hierarchy with opened ways to advance, in Runewick strong dictature and Galmair remains somewhat democracy. There was opinion that we rather lack one town...

You see the main problem is that after get levels 100 in main skills player stops playing. So this is not solution to remove higher tiers. Mages who attack with wands no longer have an attack reduction if wearing armour. I dislike this change a lot, since I actually had a reason to wear a dress and hat now. Please don't use magical gems in crafting items what disappear after use.

Secondary my concept is to use codes what we have (food bonuses->scroll bonuses; portals). Same codes with very few new scripts (at least 30 in minds attributes for new craft) to make this idea to be done quickly.
