Well if the first email didn't say you were rejected (which would be for name reasons) then you should have gotten an email which you'd reply to test at your RP abilities. So based on whether you got the second email you can see whether you messed up with your name or your RP. Name is easily fixed, ...

Yep. Create your character using the Client. Then apply, get accepted (hopefully ) and then you should be able to log in with the char name and password you used when you first made it using the client.

*shrugs* i don't see what's wrong with showing them how to do things in game. I mean their are thousands of possible combinations they could do clicking with various items and using them with things, i don't think they're going to go through all of them one by one to find out how to anything.
