Die Null steht immer da um anzuzeigen das es eben der niedrigste Wert ist, das der Farbverlauf und somit der Skill dort beginnt. Damit man eben weiß wo Null ist und in welche Richtung man sich orientieren muss.

Der Pfeil zeigt einfach den Farbverlauf des skills an. Wenn der Skill 0 ist bzw sehr niedrig (deswegen die 0 in dem Pfeil) ist der Dunkelblau und geht dann über Türkis und Grün nach Gelb, was dann bedeutet das der Skill sehr hoch ist.
