Speaking of, why is currency for building/buying buildings in silver? Wouldnt gold or gems be more valuable?

I am almost embarassed to be a Lizard. We hear these stories about heroic events and good deeds of other races, then I hear about Lizards snipering and stealing cabbages....is this really the fate for the Lizard race?

How come we cant have Gems be the currency for things like this instead of silver

The same thing has happened to me, but i have been able to log in the past, and I dont recall doing anything illegal....hell im not even strong enough to kill other players....

Alright I will, I was taking the basement route from the one building into the library, and when i passed by the Dwarves standing inside spoke of attacking me.....and I wasn't even walking in their area, i was simply walking by, its sad

But when those messages came up all the time, it got annoying

Im not really a newbie, i have been here for about two weeks, and my character guy is a miner, yet I still know nothing about smithing stuff. It's confusing with the anvils, coal, iron, hammers, gold......can someone give me a general way of doing it?
