From experience, for the web char profile, sizes in pixels doesn't matter but the filesize limit is 150KB

I'm not 100% sure, wait for Titram.

I think people should stop trying to apply their character concepts on races and let every player play his own character however he or she likes. Even if it ruins the fun for everyone else? I mean is it really RPing as we want it if you for example play the orc as flower loving vegetarian who loves...
