Since they invest their time, without getting paid, i say let them have as much of any skill as they want. Without them, NONE of us would be playing. I do not know of any 'uber-powerhouses', so obviously they do not use them to affect the game world in any major way.

Why not just carry simple banners and posters? I can easily make a poster the size of a sheet of paper in less than 10 minutes. It does not have to be anything fancy. I agree, it should be a command. But it needs to be slightly twinked. Wearing a coat will cover up upper body armor, and some times your could put pants on over leggings, to cover them up. Weapons would need a way to be concealed, perhaps a skill?
