Unsigned parchment warrior. You are effectively arguing the same as me during the election campaign (except for using more inflammatory language). Unfortunately, it is over. The people made their choice. Jorokar may well have used the town for his personal vendetta, but it is now the past. He is our...

A change of name sounds good to me.

I have some spare gold too, if we are considering a change of setting.

Julius, you are insane. Take my (friendly) advice, turn yourself in, and never mention starting a knighthood ever again. You are, in all honesty, a spoilt child, with delusions of grandeur, and its time someone woke you up from your dream before its too late.

Axe skill

This topic has probably been discussed, i dont really know, but i really feel that axes should come under their own skill (maybe 'cleaving', or something, not sure). They are as different a weapon to swords as maces etc are, and it really annoys me how someone skilled with swords can then pick up an...

The medieval longbow was so hard to use people in wales and england who grew up using them actually developed deformed shoulders and upper arms. No joke.

If a random guy from our time tried to use them, they probably wouldnt even pull the string a quarter of the way back.

I like them. Its a bit harsh on noobs, but i think they add something to the game in that they cant be killed. Most of the time gameplay is too simple, they at least make things different.

Plus i can pretend im in Shawn of the dead :D

peace dude, i wasnt really having ago at you, i just think people should be encouraged to treat food more as an rp system, since the technical concepts seem rather unbalanced, and changing it looks more trouble than its worth. I certainly wouldnt look down on someone who plays more for the technical...

Why not give other food other effects, gives people a reason to not just buy the cheapest and easiest made thing. I mean Rabbit dish has a major problem in that you never HAVE to learn anything else. Why have a bunch of different meals when they all end in the same result? Even if you do everything...

Well id like to make another suggestion. Lack of food, or poor quality food, shouldnt just damage your constitution. Someone without food is likely to be weaker mentally, so it should damage your willpower, and also dexterity. At the same time good quality food should improve more than just constitu...

hm. I like the food system as it is. Cooking can be mainly done for fun and rp purposes, i think it should be kept that way.

Also it costs my character barely anything to make rabbit dishes. You just need to know how to bargain :D

I dont see how anyone can ever gain the experience if they are refused any oppurtunity to learn. I suggest people vote for whoever they agree with and hope that the candidate they have picked is a quick learner. You sound rather pessimistic about everything Callith.

How can you be so sure none of us are capable of the job when we have not yet been given the chance? Rather presumptious of you Callith. At least gives whoever wins a chance to prove themselves before calling for a change in the system.

It seems the odds are stacked against me. However, i would like to make one final plea for people to listen to me, and vote Colin. A vote for Jorokar, is a vote for war, and for a leader who is naturally biast due to his beliefs and duties. I see no reason why someone would vote for him, unless of c...

Aye Konrad. I'd be perfectly happy leaving them alone. I was merely answering Altrix when he demanded to know why someone would want to join a knighthood other than gobaith. I dont buy the claim both cannot co-exist. And i think those who claim this are seeking an excuse for war. Judge for yourselve...

If someone, kallahorn or Gobaith, declared war, i would attempt to reason with them, and then face them head on should that fail.

I would also leave the knighthood of Kallahorn should i be elected, to mantain neutrality.

I am sure your own reasons are noble Jorokar, i simply question the logic of any inhabitant who votes for you. What exactly would it achieve, apart from exacerbating an already volatile situation.
