I was temporarily banned for a period of one week. Okay. One week passed. Now, I try to log on and the game still kicks me. I go to my character page and find that not one, but two of my characters' statueses read temporaily banned.

This has probably been mentioned before, but maybe you could be able to set different speeds for your character to move in game?

Just because it's kind of ridiculous for you to move at the same speed taking a walk with your friend as you would running away from a theif, is it not?

I changed the color depth on my computer to 16 bit and selected reduced quality in the options and the game still won't work.

That article did help, up until I got to the stpe about changing the color depth on my game. I clicked the 'special' tab and nothing about color depth showed up.
