Nope. One reason for this is the lack of proper (!) ideas what effects they shall have. Increasing quality, lowering crfating times are no real a big bonus (for sure not if you have a high skill). If you have ideas, you are welcome to share them (on Mantis! :P) I thought the old effects were great ...
