The log file can be found in you Illarion folder where your character folders are also stored. It is called console.log.

Since the last change in the account system you can only do it ingame.

Just use !prefix <text> or !suffix <text> to set something in front or after the name.

Es gab mal ein funktionierendes Druidensystem, was jedoch im nachhinein betrachtet sehr einfach war. Es wird zur Zeit überarbeitet, erweitert und verbessert und ja, wird hoffentlich "bald" fertig sein.
