My sister Quinasa can not get onto her account in the forums. She never recieved an email to conirm her web site account but she can log onto the game. Is there any way she can get a confirmatin email about her web site account? Thanks.

My sister Quinasa is having a bag problem. She can open her depot and access the things inside but she cannot access anything inside her bags. The stupid bags won't open. All her gold and armour (etc...) are in these bags. What should she do? Please help her.

It says that the account name Lanaia is already taken and I think it might have been my old one, but I can't remember my password, what do I do? Plus the e-mail address I use to use was deleted. How do I get my password?

When I try to log in, it says that my account has not been eccepted. Does that mean that they just haven't activated it yet? Because they did accept my name and my questions.
