Bringing alchemy lore is quite high on my personal to do list. Though, until now it was mostly done via quests, and, sadly lost since characters are not always keen to share knowledge. I like the idea. Just for the sake of fun, I would even rename the silk dropped by spiders to "Spider Silk", but we need to check for that if the currect crafting script has no exclusion of items with special names.

Bulletin board would be nice.
On the rot rate in general: Rotting should have a very high value. When characters are around, rotting should not take place at all. If that causes a mess, it's up to the chars to solve that.

Illarion is quite easy (way too easy, imo). I still don't see the problem with perfect being rare... and as noted, magic is not required to achiev perfect stuff. It just makes it easier.

I agree. I would say we should replace the current monsters with non-aggresive monsters. A sheep leaving the hedge you are collecting red elder from is certainly more entertaining.

Stimme ich voll zu. Außerdem sollte die Sichtweite zusätzlich durch die Wahrnehmung beeinflusst werden. Auch bei freier Sichtlinie sollte man Charaktere nicht unbegrenzt sehen können.
