How about leaving the corner squares empty of blocks for the rp purposes, and thats easy for hunters to check. someone could peek around corners from them but bbe easily caught doing so. PS. I think the staff(volenteers) are doing a great job. As good as the staff in Lotro or Wow and it dont cost us...

Barriers like rocks or hedges make sense to me, maybe hedges make the most sense, what town is strewn with rocks anyway.
