my main objection truly is that probably everyone would rush to rp with those rewarded players and don't like to rp with those who "seem not that good"; but how shall those "not so good" players learn how to rp if nobody does with them? Thats why we should introduce RP rewards, ...

I think its a good way to stimulate the whole RP situation in it self.
