Well as far as i can tell the illarion reunion will offically take place next weekend, friday saturday and sunday. A time really can't be set due to timezones and no one set of times would work for everybody so i can only say just be on as much as you can that weekend and hopefully you'll see a lot ...

well yeah i think a festival is a good idea but i think five days might be a bit long, well unless everybody comes on every evening. although time zones screw things up. festival is a good idea just we have to decide on length.

I dunno i kind of like the idea of a festival like a few days long. although the one problem is the longer you make it the less chance you'll run into people because 5 days, 24 hours is 120 hours, where as if it's only a couple of evenings that's maybe 8 hours so everybody's going to be on then. but...

Prehaps as your books and such got more set in stone then they could be moved to the client. If you were writing the history the current history would be constantly changing but things that happened years ago should be fairly stable and perhaps they can be moved to the client.
