It does support it. Shift-insert pastes anything that you have copied. (Press F1 to see the ingame manual... it'll tell you things like this.)

But yes... I like the idea mentioned before. Choose a starting height, and an ending height.... but I seriously doubt that'll go on the to-do list... Give it a decade or four.

I agree here, too. While I'm not so sure about the huge burn rate increase, I do like the stackability idea for torches, and Juliana's idea of the "fading".

Can any of the "Mage" staves (Ornate Magic Staff, Elven Mage Staff, etc) lock spells onto a target?... I never thought they could, but I thought I'd ask... Bit pricey to buy all of the different kinds, and it seems like an awkward question to ask ingame.

It sounds good to me, but I think adding the graphic might be harder than the message. I'm not sure about that, though.

The messages do get repetitive, which would be the downside... But what I was hoping for the messages wasn't just to see when it was raining, but *all* weather that happens-- Sunny, windy, cloudy, etc. It would be a message that occurs right when you log in, not everytime you go outside.

There will always be a time when the rain stops and there will always be a chance that somebody will not notice that it has rained. Increasing the time it rains may increase the chance that somebody notices that it is raining or has rained, but it will not solve your problem. But it will certainly ...

But if it's shoved in their faces, will they ignore it then? ;) I usually don't rp weather because it really only ends in confusion... #me looks up, frowning at the cloudy sky. And if so...
