Think I should add that when I'm playing I do not lag at all.

This game is great so far and I just started playing yesterday...   I get disconnected like every 3 minutes.  It says something like "Connection is to slow or another reason is you are flooding the server with commands."  I don't flood the server with any commands I just try to do my minin...
