I've changed my passowrd in the account section, but when i try to log into the game i get a message saying:

Logged out by server
Reason: Wrong password

I am positive i am using the correct password that i have changed to.

Speaking as the other Australian that plays illarion (unless there are some hiding somewhere) it is a bit unfortunate that there are so few people on when its "a good time" for us to be playing. But there is Little we can do about it unless we attract more people from our timezone to play,...

I just tried the disable textures then and nothing changed from what was happening before.

That is a big negative ghost writer. The minimap is black as well, and i cant send/recieve text.....maybe my character files arent in the right place?

I've installed the update but i still get a blank/black game map (everything else such as the text field, mini map etc show as they should). Also my graphics card is a SiS M760GX if thats of any use.

I am still having the same problem as with the beta client. When i log in, it all opens as i presume it should, but i get a black game map. The text feild and status bar and everything else looks fine, its just the game map that does not load or something.

I sorted out the previous problem i had by reinstalling the client.

Now though, it opens fine, but once its open i see a black screen where i would normally see my character and others. I can see the rest fine like the message box , health guage and inventory.

From what i can tell the client installed all well and good, but when i try to log in with one of my characters i get an error message saying an error occurred while trying to open the application. I would hope to be taken into this acadamy as a novice to learn the ways of magic.

After denying to sacrafice a limb to feed the orc, Dinendal Unwillingly defended himself. Bewildered that an orc would act so irrationally for the sake of a meal.

Not to say the concept of Race only items is a bad thing, but I think if you're going to suggest race affiliated items, atleast consider that, for example, not all elves are going to use bows. So maybe something like Elven armour, swords, bows etc etc so that everyones playing style can be accomodat...
