Im talking about new orcs and dwarves moving to this here island and finding on one hand a tribe with no taxes of any sort and on the other a City that imposes taxes onece a month. All im saying is that they may favour the Horde more because of that.

Jeez you should really calm down and also the Shadowhorde will be more successful than than Silverbrand because they dont bother about taxes and such, this will naturally give them more members and encorage people to get good at fighting

You know what i think? I think that the dwarves should get no help wahtsoever because Silverbrand is a dwarf city and the orcs are going to war with the dwarves not the humans and elves. They dug themselves into a hole (literally :D ) and must get out of it all on thier own. Don't babysit your dwarf...
