how long does it take to unfreeze?

yeah sorry i was going to delete the other one.....

so...no one can log on right now? and do you know when it will come back online?

someone please help... whenever i try to log into my charachter a message pops up and says "WSAECONNREFUSED" and then another one pops up and says the server is offline or your not connected and then another on says unable to connect.
please someone tell me what i can do.

When i try to log on to my charachter it says "wsaeconnrefused" , then i click ok and then it says "Maybe the server is offline or your not connected" once again i click ok and then it says "cannot connect". I am sure that the server is online and that i am connected. P...

Whenever i try to login with my charachter it says "no charachter with this name is found". Yes, i have checked my spelling many times and im not loging in with my account name.
Someone please help.
